Hello guys and welcome back to my blog. In this blog, I will be talking about the overview of the level designs in the game.

Each level design is like a location for each player who will be fighting during the match and has different settings and layouts to make them feel unique from each other. There are 4 level designs in total I will show you guys a screenshot for each of them along with a short description.

Level Design 1: Gloomy Forest

This first level design is called Gloomy Forest. It's based on a forest with a dark theme. It has a bunch of trees in the background (and the front) as well as some grasses and logs to give the level design details of how the level design show look. There are no floating platforms for this level design similar to Final Destination from Super Smash Bros. I gave the level design a space skybox to represent the stage that is currently nighttime as well as a fog effect embrace on the atmosphere on how each character would enter the forest and sudden misty clouds appear and would surround them causing less visibility (apart you should able to see the characters in the game).

Level Design 2: Sky Dungeon Zone

This second level design is called Sky Dungeon Zone. It's based on a floating dungeon that is currently floating in the sky. There are a bunch of boxes around as well as some curtains on the wall, the torches on the wall (which will be updated later on to I can make them lit up by giving an effect), tables, pots, and a magic potion pot to give the level design some details. For one of the tables, I make it into a platform so the players can reach the floating platforms. And lastly, I gave a blue cloudy skybox so this level design is more heavenly and feels like the players are technically fighting above the clouds.

Level Design 3: Dry Desert Hills

This third level design is called Dry Desert Hills. It's based on a hot desert which has many huge rocks in the background (and the front) as well as some cactus for detailing. There is a floating platform in the middle of the stage and it supposes to go side by side the player should be able to get on top of it similar to Smashville from Super Smash Bros. I gave a sunset skybox for the level design to make the environment and the atmosphere feel like it does have a very high temperature almost feels like the sun is taking over the stage.

Level Design 4: Dawn Town

And this final level design is called Dawn Town. It is based in a town where there are many buildings around. The players will be fighting at the top of several buildings which was a fun idea and is probably the most unique stage of all. This level design is almost inspired by Saffron City from Pokémon where the stage was used for Super Smash Bros as that pretty much does a similar thing. I gave a purple-pink skybox for the level design to make sure it seems like the sun is about to rise after a long night.

I think this is all I got for now for this blog. I hope to get some feedback for the level designs so I can improve on them and make them better for the final version of the project.
